Dorice Ross

Hello, I am Dorice “Sunny” Ross, and I have recently joined this beautiful ministry to deepen my spiritual path and be surrounded by those who seek to know their true Being. I have been immersed and enthusiastic about the possibilities, the strengths, and difficulties in the human body since I was a young child. As a gymnast, my injuries awakened my need to understand physical healing and the wellness fields.

My education and work have brought me full circle, first as a physical education teacher, as a physical therapist assistant, back around to teaching physical therapy at the university level. At the same time, my spirituality blossomed from being raised a Catholic and my mother introducing me to “laying on of hands” to diving into a variety of spiritual traditions including Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism and most recently ancient Egyptian deities. 

I have always had a fascination of both spirituality and psychology in my adult years, which led me into an intensive mentoring program to study Jungian psychology, Gestalt therapy and other psychological healing systems.  In addition to the above, my hands on healing as a therapist included training, certifications and techniques such as Reiki and Hands of Light.

All of this, I now understand, was a journey to prepare me to return to energy healing, a place where I started in this life and the knowing that we ALL exist in Oneness.

My approach to assist other’s in their healing and remembering their Divinity, has largely incorporated the Divine Feminine aspects of co-creating a safe space and allowing Source/God/Universe/Divine Consciousness to lead the way.  An opening and exploration with empathic reception to a person’s need to express their pain and suffering, whether it is physical, emotional, mental or energetic helps those release any aspects of Self which does not serve them any longer.  This is a facilitation process, through which a variety of energetic healing modalities can be applied (toning, music, tissue manipulation, energy or conversation), depending on what resonates with the client.  A gentle opening of one’s individual presence and learning about one’s Self through contemplation of their whole Being begins the spiritual convergence that the soul long for.

My unwavering hope and intention is to be a person who provides and serves with LOVE and the instilled truth of Oneness.

Hello, I'm Julietta Wenzel – founder of the Voices of the Goddess Podcast, holistic healer and your retreat co-host!

You might not believe this, but I have spent the better part of my life battling perfectionism.

You see, I’ve always done “the right thing”. I met all my parent’s expectations; I played the perfect housewife while I was married and even ran my physical therapy practice in the most traditional ways.

By all accounts, I had a perfect life.

But I wasn’t fulfilled.  I knew there was more to my life. I knew I wasn’t being my authentic self. There was doing too much of what I "should" and not enough doing what set my soul on fire.

So, I started listening to myself, and realized that my perfect and independent life had been rooted in the masculine. I needed to allow my divine feminine to blossom. I let go of all expectations, started working with my spirit guides, and felt myself growing each and every day.

Today, because I allowed myself to release myself from the rules and expectations of others,  I am happy to call myself a gifted healer, a podcast host and a crystal artist.  With my intuitive healing abilities, I have been fortunate enough to touch the lives of so many people, guiding them towards physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. 

Along with my co-host, Graciela, I also enjoy broadcasting inspirational messages alongside our expert guests on our podcast, Voices of the Goddess.   

My love and passion for traveling this planet and desire to support others in their personal growth, led to our creation of this retreat in San Miguel de Allende - because I love watching those around me grow and step into their greatness!
